S3 Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our corporate contracts team at our HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.
Description:
The Administrative Assistant works under the general supervision of the Contract Department Manager and assists with the administration of routine contracts or subcontracts.
Responsibilities:
· Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment and production costs.
· Creates the contract and/or subcontract financial program documents in accordance with company policy.
· Monitors company performance on contractual obligations.
· Performs a wide variety of data input assignments which may be confidential in nature.
· Operates a computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
· Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents associated with contract/subcontract administration.
· Processes subcontractor invoices.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· BS/BA degree is preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years government contract/subcontract administration experience required.
· Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
· Strong skills in using Microsoft Office products.
· CostPoint Deltek experience desired.
· Experience with property data management desired.
