Job Description

The Branch Review Team helps to identify risk and control issues within our branch network. As a Branch Review Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a critical Quality Assurance function that performs independent testing within the branches. Testing will assess the adherence to operational policies and procedures You will be responsible for executing testing, identifying issues, and accurately documenting work for assigned branches.

Travel is a significant requirement for this position and does vary based on geography and branch locations. Branch Review Analysts can support multiple states and should expect out of town travel. Overnight travel for a branch review analyst ranges on average from 30%-40% and may periodically be as high as 60% based on the business need. Additionally, you will be required to work extended hours while in the field conducting branch reviews.

Primary travel location for this position will include, though is not limited to, branches within the NY North/CT region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Executes Quality Assurance Testing/Quality Control Testing with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and with strong attention to detail.
  • Assist with testing quality assurance/quality control data to identify process breaks.
  • Produce quality results within established thresholds
  • Subject Matter Expertise in related processes assigned
  • Participate in a variety of meetings
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency in similar processes
  • Escalate client/stakeholder concerns to Branch Review Leadership teams
  • Support automation and innovation to create efficiency and consistency across groups
  • Exhibit a high standard of JPMC culture, respect and inclusion and carry this within the organization

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in Audit, Risk or control function

Preferred/Complimentary
  • Knowledge of branch banking, operations, risk, and/or controls is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
