PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER or LEGAL ASSISTANT-MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Younessi Law is in need of a full-time experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager or assistant for immediate hire who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to;

-Initial client contact
-Medical records request
-Scheduling medical appointments
-Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution
-Resolving PD and loss of use
-Preparing files for demand
-Negotiate with support
-Medical bill reductions and negotiations

The following qualifications are A MUST:
-At least 1 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE w/Personal Injury Claims

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Spanish speaking is a must!

*1 year law office experience

*Type at least 60 words per minute

*Willing to adapt to a variety of duties
*Have a good attitude and good communication skills
*Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour
