What you Bring as a Candidate:
Physical and Environmental Work Space: Work occurs in a grocery store environment which includes surfaces that can be wet and slippery, moderate noise level, and temperature extremes in controlled environments in the cooler and freezer, and depending on location, working outside in all temperatures. Keep sales materials/ media kits up to date. 1-3 Years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and/or promotions preferred.
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through trip assurance, visual merchandising and excellent product knowledge
Must be able to stand/walk for rounds as well as sit at a guard shack. You MUST be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
