Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to digest large amount of data, analyze, and present in a clear, articulate way. They will be responsible for overseeing the Planning & Analysis function in addition to contribute to all projects spanning across HR, including supporting all Real Estate planning. The individual will work closely with the HR Chief Financial Officer and other members of the Chief Financial Officer team along with the HR Operating Committee.

Job responsibilities:
  • Help create and direct analytics and reporting for head of HR and HR Chief Financial Officer agenda. Lead a high performance, team-oriented and inclusive culture across a large, global, and diverse team
  • Own expense and headcount management working closely with the Business Managers for the functions including helping set targets and tracking progress
  • Lead the finance transformation agenda, with the goal of creating self-serve interactive financial dashboards working in collaboration with other Finance & Business Management teams
  • Collaborate with strategy / Finance & Business Management teams to create internal and external facing senior management presentations (e.g., business reviews, EMRs, offsites, town halls). Collaborate with business partners across firmwide HR to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives . Compile, analyze and present financial results and forecasts (incl. expenses, headcount)
  • Contribute to firmwide projects that push efficiencies across the HR organization . Conduct \"deep dive\" analyses on key issues impacting business to determine root cause and propose solutions
  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed
  • Help to manage all Real Estate initiatives across the HR organization, including partnering with Government-Related Entities to manage capacity across all locations. Being obsessed with data quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting and corporate finance . 10+ Years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
  • Experience in corporate financial analytics / understanding of key metrics. Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables; strategic thinker
  • Excellent oral & written communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentational skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately
  • Proactive and results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. The candidate must be a self-starter and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary
  • Team oriented and ability to build strong partnerships . Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Prior Essbase experience preferred
