Details and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Communicating between company Executives and management, coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Engage in marketing and sales strategies to acquire business.
Requirements
Have a working computer, internet access, and smart phone
SHRM certified or equivalent
Engage and participate in weekly team meetings
Certified Entrepreneurship and Small Business certified
If you do not have an Entrepreneurship and Small Business certification then you may choose a method of enrollment with CAG, the College of Business, if selected to onboard.
