The Human Resources Management Associate Program (HRMA) is a 2-year rotational program designed to provide Associates the opportunity to potentially spend one year in an Advisor/Generalist role and one year in a Specialist role. Placements are determined by the Associate's development profile and the business need. What makes the HRMA program unique is the cross-business exposure across different Citi Business Groups (Global Consumer Banking, Institutional Clients Group, and Global Functions) and various HR functions:

The HR Management Associate Program is dedicated to giving future HR leaders a view into Citi's various businesses and HR functions. Through rotations and career development programming, Management Associates can expect to finish the program with knowledge in two different areas of HR and two different businesses within Citi. The Program also offers HRMA's a global perspective, a broad career path in challenging business environments and a global network of Analysts, Management Associates, Program Alumni and senior mentors who offer support, advice and guidance throughout the Program. All HRMAs participate in a comprehensive training program. The training program is taught by skilled internal HR professionals along with selected professionals with industry and product expertise. The program is designed to cover the following fundamental aspects of the HRMA experience:
Overview of Citi businesses
Exposure to Senior Management
Team building and networking within the HR Program community
Soft skills such as problem solving, influencing others, communication skills and change management
In addition to the entry training program, HRMAs will be included in ongoing development and networking sessions, including HR Senior Speaker Series and recommended training's leveraging Citi's HR Professional Development Framework. The program offers assignments throughout the U.S. and select global locations based on business need.

You are in a MBA or Master's degree program in any discipline with a graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023 and have at least 2-3 years of full-time work experience after your undergraduate degree (preferred disciplines include Labor and Employment/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior/Performance, Organizational Psychology, Leadership and Management)
