We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer/Video Editor to create professional designs and videos that adhere to our company branding standards. This role is for someone with a strong sense of creativity, brand identity, color, and typography. You will be working closely with the Marketing, SEO, and Video team to produce and maintain high quality designs, as well as videos and other multimedia. We are seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited about making eye-catching content that shifts users’ behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Stays up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Work closely with our Marketing and SEO team to create engaging and visually appealing graphic designs.
• Design a variety of marketing materials including both digital and print.
• Develop concepts for marketing materials such as infographics, banners, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, tables, charts, icons, and more.
• Create and edit videos and animations to enhance digital campaigns.
• Edit together video footage to create different types of videos (Educational videos, quick TikTok & Instagram videos, animated videos w/audio, interview style videos, and more).
• Understand requirements and ensure brand consistency throughout various projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines, balance workload, adapt to change, and deliver high quality work with minimal error.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as a designer/video editor.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing design skills and abilities.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience working with Canva and/or animation editing software.
• Motion animation and/or video editing skills is preferred.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or related software a plus.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
