We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing orthopedic sports medicine company. We are currently seeking a full-time (Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Patient Care Coordinator for our PCF in
San Jose, CA office. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients while assuming front desk and administrative responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Greeting/Scheduling Patients
- Assisting Patients with Paperwork
- Insurance Verification/Authorizations
- Data Entry
- Communication with Doctor Offices
- Shipping and Receiving
- Provide other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
:
Must have 1+ years experience in a medical/professional administrative role.
Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred
Microsoft Office, Email, Outlook, Word, Excel
Typing Minimum 45 wpm
Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00-$20.00
