Capstone Christian Academy is hiring a Preschool Teacher Aide! The teacher aides play a very important role in the school. They will support the teachers and help provide an excellent learning experience for the students. Aides who provide aftercare will have to be engaging enough to lead a group of students safely and joyfully by yourself. You will report to the Principal and shall administer your class in accordance with state law, local policy, and the direction of the Capstone School Board.

This is a part-time position for Tuesdays 8am-5pm.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of successful experience teaching at a preschool
• 2+ years nurturing faith in students
• High School Diploma
• Loves parents
• Loves kids
• Teachable spirit
• Positive energy
• Teamwork with boss, peers & direct reports
• Optimistic
• Supports the chain of command
• Able to work with and positively impact students with challenging behaviors.
• Regular attendance at a Christian church
• Addresses today's social issues from a biblical worldview
• Professionalism - Dress, personal presentation, communication, etc.
