The Sr. Software Engineer will partner in an agile team environment to design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software of moderate complexity. Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for producing and explaining solutions in the form of documented system requirements.
At least 3 to 4 years of development experience in JavaScript with strong in-depth programming skills in JavaScript server side and client side (ECMAScript 5 and ECMAScript 6)
Experience/knowledge in B2C and B2B platforms like salesforce commerce cloud
Experience in SFRA
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.)
Experience with NodeJS/Express JS etc. Knowledge in B2C and B2B platforms like salesforce commerce cloud
Experience in developing unit tests/code coverage etc.
Experience in using API’s (SOAP/REST)
Experience with practices like CI/CD, TDD etc.
Experience and comfort working with virtual teams across time zones.
Preferred:
UI/UX knowledge/experience
Experience with integrating eCommerce stores with external payment gateways and other third-party eCommerce service providers
GitHub knowledge
Cloud database knowledge
