Olsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a Senior Engineer on our Water Resources team, you will serve as a project manager and will be involved in client relations, marketing, and business development efforts for the team.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review planning/design documents, and review contracts.
• Travel to job sites for observation in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction.
• Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design.
• Act as an advisor and mentor on complex projects.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Professional Engineering License
• 8 or more years of engineering experience
• 4 years of experience leading or mentoring
• Experience in stormwater and water resources; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, stream restoration or stormwater design a plus
