We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team on a permanent remote basis. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and create tax strategies that align with their objectives. The candidate must have a CPA and experience in s-corp, c-corp or partnerships,

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for our clients.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns for entities, including s-corp, c-corp, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and estates.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and make recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Research and stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior tax staff.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tax planning and consulting.
• Experience with s-corp, c-corp, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
