Primary duty will consist of data entry of product into required systems.

• Assist Coordinator & Manager with quality control of the catalog by
  • Reviewing items in each system and making sure they match
  • Confirm pricing is correct
  • Confirm images are loaded and correct
  • Activating items we have inventory on
  • Reviewing full vendor lines as provided by coordinator or manager

• Priority of work is set by the timelines Amazon supplies.

• Back-up duties may include:
• Shipping Data Entry
  • Entering the Routing Requests (telling Amazon what we are shipping), the Amazon Shipment Notification (confirming with Amazon what was shipped and supplying the tracking numbers).
  • Printing ROV reports, confirms what the warehouse packed and checking for any errors in comparison to the pick ticket.
  • Printing the backup documentation (packing slips & labels) for each shipment.
  • Assist with assigning the carriers given by Amazon to the shipments.
• Invoicing Data Entry
  • Invoicing the order in our system, Eagle. Attention to detail that what we invoice matches exactly what we have sent.
  • Invoicing the order in Vendor Central. Again, Attention to detail that the invoice we print from Eagle matches the one we submit in Vendor Central.
• Picking/Packing orders
  • During rushes/holiday season
  • Back-up if someone calls out, or is on vacation
  
  

Schedule Requirements:

Schedules will be set by Amazon Manager, with cooperation of each employee to create a cooperative work environment that benefits the workplace and the employee.

• May be asked to work some holidays
• Overtime will be offered
• Monday and Tuesdays are mandatory on every team members shift
• Longer than 8hr days may be asked of

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
• 3 years data entry preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office primarily Excel a must.

Working conditions

Position takes place in the warehouse. Temperatures vary. Forklift operations and racking cautions required. Closed toed shoes a must and appropriate attire required.

Physical requirements

Position could be physically demanding. Some days you may be asked to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, do repetitive tasks and so forth.
