Position: Executive Administrator
Location: Baltimore, MD
Role Type: Permanent Position
RCT Systems, Power Systems Division (PSD), is seeking an Executive Administrator. Are you interested in all aspects of building a business working closely with corporate team members, on business development matters, managing team member communications, developing and maintaining HR/Recruiting policies, developing skills matrix/resumes, and offering job positions to the most suitable candidates? Qualified candidate will be involved in:
- Strategizing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining communications with multiple PMO’s.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Maintaining communications with candidates
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork in coordination with HR/Recruiting policies.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Makes travel arrangements when necessary for associates and management.
- Develops clear-written materials such as skills matrix and resumes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and work as part of a team.
- Must have analytical and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or feedback.
Capabilities:
- Ability to take clear and concise well-organized meeting minutes/notes
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities and functions including data management, entry, and reporting
- Solid experience using MS Office Suite including MS Project for scheduling
- Basic Graphic Arts Design and or ability to support PowerPoint presentation generation/development
- Support all meeting logistics including calendar management and customer interfacing
- Support and manage all logistics associated with recruiting and trade-show events
- Handle the submission and organization of expense reports for management
Requirements:
- 4-Year college degree preferred; however (2-year associates degrees will be considered)
- PMP certification or other project management certification is a definite plus but not required
