Position Title:

HR Director

Details and Responsibilities:

B2S HR Consultants advocate for the B2S Social Network to employers within in-demand industries seeking to hire career seekers for a 12 + month period. You will manage the network of employers and match scholars who applied for B2S Employment. You will be responsible for training other HR consultants to manage the B2S Social Network in other regions and be a part of managing a B2S payroll software. Work closely with Career Advisors and Career Specialist for applicants of employment assistance

Requirements

  • Owns and operates a startup or small business

  • Get Entrepreneurship and Small Business Certified to validate business principles

  • SHERM certified

  • Diversity and Inclusion Certified and EEOC compliance knowledge

  • Must have a registered business in your state

  • Compliant with all state and federal taxes

  • Proven work and teaching experience in education with superb verbal and written communication

Skills

  • Confident yet pleasant with facilitating trainings; creative with engaging the audience to comprehend the message

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

  • Excellent communication skills
