A multinational life sciences company is looking to bring on an entry level accountant. This person's primary responsibility will be processing invoices for US clients. Additionally, the role will entail…

• Will be responsible for entering, paying and reconciling (if necessary) vendor invoices and reconciling vendor prepayments/deposits.
• Will be responsible for processing expense reports.
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Responsible for initiating ACH and wire transfers both domestic and international.
• Maintenance of all intercompany accounting, including international currencies.
• Assist with Cash flow projections/forecasting based on invoice data -aid in bank reconciliations.
• Monitors Accounts Payable inbox and maintain electronic storage of documents.
