Job Description

10% commission of revenue: As an Independent Sales Representative at Beantown Blankets, you will play a crucial role in driving our corporate gifting program forward. You will be entrusted with the task of promoting and selling our promotional products to corporate clients. Your primary objective will be to create a robust sales pipeline, close deals, and ultimately contribute to the company's mission of providing comfort to those in need through our one-for-one model.

• Sales & Promotion: Actively seek out and engage with potential corporate clients to introduce them to Beantown Blankets' products. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our one-for-one model and how it can enhance their corporate gifting initiatives.
• Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Beantown team to develop and implement unique marketing and partnership strategies aimed at expanding our corporate customer base.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and potential partnership opportunities to inform sales strategies and pitches.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record in sales (preferred but not required)
• Interpersonal & communication skills
• A passion for social impact and making a difference in the community
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What We Offer:

• An opportunity to earn a very competitive commission of 10% of REVENUE for every order (average order size is ~$48,000). An uncapped commission structure, allowing for unlimited earning potential. 10% for first $250,000 in sales, 15% $250,000 to $500,000 in sale, 20% over $500,000.
