Commercial Real Estate Lending team seeking paralegal to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate and private equity financings for institutional real estate clients with a focus on commercial lender representation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial loan process from inception to post-closing
• Prepare first drafts of ancillary commercial real estate loan documents
• Draft / review corporate documents including operating agreements, incumbency certificates, member consents and LLC certificates
• Review, comment, and clear title reports; review title exceptions and survey matters; interface with title companies and surveyors
• Review commercial leases and prepare abstracts of same
• Assist with drafting contracts, leases, and amendments
