Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Trust and Estate Law Firm. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Estate Planning matters, demonstrating a strong grasp of Estate Planning fundamentals. The pay range for this position is $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience. Please only apply if you meet our general requirements listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the initial intake of clients, conducting interviews, and gathering relevant information
- Comfortably answer general questions and provide professional communication with clients
- Draft and review Estate Planning documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a keen attention to detail
- Operate independently, taking the initiative to complete tasks without significant supervision
- Capable of running the office in the absence of the attorney

General Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Estate Planning matters
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, Clio, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, and Estate Planning drafting software
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Must be or become a Notary Public
- Clean background
