WE ARE SEEKING A MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR
PAINTING COMPANY AS A FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/ APPOINTMENT SETTER

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Assist in preparing proposals
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
