Job Description

A construction management company is San Diego, CA is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! This will be an in-office, client facing role where you will be answering calls, managing emails, assisting with contracts and performing office management duties. You will need to have 2-3 years of admin experience, preferably in the construction industry, and have a strong presence on the phone. The company has a casual work atmosphere and there is the opportunity to move into a Project Coordinator position for those looking to grow and advance their career!

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and filter incoming calls
  • Provide assistance to callers as needed
  • Assist with contracts and change orders
  • Track daily progress reports and cross-reference paperwork
  • Order supplies and assist with property management issues
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in administrative tasks
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PDFs
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail
