As a Senior Account Executive at Call Journey, you have strong command of the SaaS sales process. You are a natural at value-based engagement, pinpointing customer need and business benefit is second nature to you, and you are adept at building and generating opportunity and pipeline through multiple avenues such as creating self-generated pipeline, cultivating deep channel relationships, and managing incoming opportunities.
You have experience navigating both channel and direct engagements, naturally finding ways to enhance and compress the customer buying journey. Technology is your thing – you innately get it, but it is not your lead or lever. You understand to lead with business benefits and tie in technology solutions that fit.
Lastly, you are a genuine business developer/hunter – your nose and feel as to how to how to create, nurture and create customer benefit through channels and partners is strong.
Always prospecting for new opportunities, you will win new accounts while up selling existing accounts alongside or customer success and management team.

Generate new business opportunities through creating mutually beneficial and deep channel/partner relationships whilst effectively managing internal support resources and working full sales cycle opportunities from initial contact, to close and up-sell/cross-sell.
Ideate, partner, and deliver sales activities, motions and campaigns through partners/channels that will generate and create opportunity pipeline
Collaborate with the VP of Channels and Business development to support, lead, drive and manage a market leading channel programme of uniqueness for our partners.
Engage with and contribute to a people first culture where we

Generate new leads through channels and through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company.
Diligently manage the customer buying process through all phases, assuring knowledge of all stakeholders, their challenges, drivers and win outcomes, buying/decision making criteria and most importantly business benefits/realization.
Collaborate with Call Journey’s marketing team, to ideate, contribute to and develop demand generation campaigns
Lead contract negotiations
Sales process management and participate in sales planning status meetings.
Deep dive into and stay up to date with Call Journey’s technology assets, roadmap, and market unique solutions to ensure you present the best solution to customer issues they are trying to fix, accomplish or avoid.

3+ years of sales experience in SaaS/PaaS companies
Experience with selling artificial intelligence or contact center technology is not required but highly desirable

Remuneration compensation range: $160,000-$200,000 TEP USD Annually
The compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles aligned to Call Journey’s performance plan for eligible roles. The base salary component offered, and Total Employment Package (TEP) may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
