What you’ll do:
• Learn our reservation system to have a complete understanding of the day’s schedule (Tock)
• Learn our communication channel to effectively communicate with all guests via
phone or text (GoTo Connect, or other communication services)
• Greet and welcome all guests with a glass of sparkling wine
• Manage walk-ons (we are appointment ONLY) with a smile and a friendly reminder
that we don’t allow walk-on guests but can take same day appointments with proper timing notice.
• Manage early/late arrival guests with an existing reservation with the prescribed procedure.
• Escort all guests to their assigned seat
• Provide information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees and answer
questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area – suggestions to fill time if needed.
• Update the reservation system with the guest status (seated, running late, no show, etc.)
• Monitor the phone and text portal for all guest communication
• Buss tables after guest departure
• Help box up walk-out orders when needed
• Reset seated areas with prescribed setup
• Assist hosts, as needed, to pour water or wine or bring plated food to the table
Top responsibilities: • Fluent in English. Read, write, speak.
• 21+ years of age
• Be punctual and professional. Late arrival to a shift will not be tolerated without
proper notification to an Estate House Manager
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand or walk 6+ hours per day
• Ability to consistently lift 45 pounds
• Ability to make change from a register
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient environment
• Interact and work effectively with fellow team members in a professional manner

Schedule: PT-full time in the person from 9:30 am to 5 pm
