Job Information

Fix Pads is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to work in office at our Charlotte, NC office! As a Transaction Coordinator, you will supervise all parts of seller transactions, from the initial engagement of a real estate agent to the close of the final purchase agreement.


Please note that this is a M-F 9-5 in-person position.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of multiple real estate sales transactions from the initial listing of the property to the contractual close and funding.
  • Research & connect digitally with local real estate agents to list our homes in a multi-state property portfolio.
  • Track and verify agent-driven marketing efforts through multiple marketing channels like MLS, Zillow, Realtor (dot) com, etc..
  • Review, verify and obtain signatures on all transaction-related agreements and documents (i.e., listing agreements, sellers disclosures, sales contracts, etc...)
  • Assist in obtaining vendor estimates and repairs maintenance responsibilities for actively listed homes.
  • Enter daily activity and process benchmarks into Salesforce for accountability, reporting, and to present progress toward company goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required college experience preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in the real estate industry transaction coordination, titles, or mortgage preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce other real estate technology preferred.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
