The Lawn Crew is responsible for mowing lawns, performing other lawn care related tasks and maintaining their equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting Executive Property Maintenance Quality Standards.
• Maintain customer lawns with lawn equipment such as push behind mowers, ride-on mowers, walk behind mowers, power/stick edgers, line trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.
• Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe manner and all work areas are safe and left in a clean, neat and orderly condition.
• Ensure each job is working within the established budget.
• Communicate daily with the Lawn Foreman: job status, problems, and needs.
• Load trucks (and trailers when needed) with all necessary equipment.
• Relate to customers, as required, in a courteous and professional manner.
• Change mower blades daily.
• Sharpen mower blades.
• Wash trucks, trailers and equipment and keep clean and orderly.
• Fuel up trucks and equipment at the end of every workday.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Milford, MI 48381: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
