This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager in our Environmental Group at our One Penn office in New York City.

Your Impact

• Diligently manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects for clients in the NYC Metro Area. The scope of projects includes Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESIs, soil and groundwater investigations, preparation of environmental permit applications for submittal to regulatory authorities, regulatory compliance reviews, and related assignments.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget and coordinate with appropriate staff to ensure project KPI's are met.
• Perform technical work in the areas presented above.
• Support Business Line Leader and Group Manager on business development and proposal preparation efforts as assigned.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
• Prior project management, technical, and/or 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
• The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
• New York State Professional Engineer License
• Excellent writing skills #

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.

Expected Salary: $78,300 - $157,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
