EquipSystems is hiring Full-Time Equipment Technician Team Lead for all shifts in the Bronx, NY area. Please review below for job qualifications.

    • 6:00am to 2:30pm
    • 10:00am to 6:30pm
    • 2:00pm to 10:30pm
    • 6:30pm to 3:00am
  • Pay $25.00 per hour
  • Rotational Weekends
  • Training provided!

THE POSITION:

The Equipment Specialist Team Lead’s main responsibilities are the direction of the crew during the operation, meeting with clients, ensuring successful and productive shifts are performed, preparing reports, and control of inventory and equipment.

Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Determine and notify crew of departure times to ensure adequate arrival time for set up.
  • Direct crew assignments at the job site
  • Inspect quality of equipment serviced for cleanliness and serviceability.
  • Record number of pieces cleaned; number repaired; number needing further repair.
  • Send daily updates to Operations Management Team.
  • Compile hours of work for crew and turn in Weekly Time Sheet.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Management Team.
  • Must be able to travel for long periods of time with a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
  • Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with using a computer and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Good customer service, organization, leadership, and communication skills.
