About the Sales Consultant position:

SALARY: $55,000 advance towards commission. Includes offer letter and commissions agreement. This represents only a portion of the overall package.

A typical day for a Sales Consultant will include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver the PIRCH experience, educating customers about possibilities and products, and guiding them through a profitable sales process
• Interact with industry professionals, cultivating relationships for repeat business and developing a self-sustaining network of clients
• Work cross functionally to execute the perfect purchase order and support the organization in successfully fulfilling orders
• Capture meaningful customer data in our CRM system, to better connect with the customer, build relationships, and personalize future client development opportunities
• Create memorable experiences to foster enduring relationships with customers and industry players
• Create brand awareness and relationships among designers, architects, builders, developers, and affiliated associations leading to sales completed in the showroom
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer

• 2+ year experience in a luxury sales environment

• Experience with a CRM system
• Industry experience or knowledge

What we offer:

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Sales Manager. This is an onsite role that operates in a luxury Showroom and outside at events, customers’ homes, and construction sites. This position requires the ability to stand and walk around a 20,000+ ft2 retail store for long periods of time and the ability to bend and lift up to 25lbs as necessary.
