Job Description

We are looking for a Brunch line cook that has previous brunch experience. Our restaurant has been growing for the past few years and we are looking for cooks that are looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
• Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards. Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.
• Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.
• Keeps work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.
• Teamwork and time management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

• 2 years

• 8 hour shift

• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
• Breakfast: 2 years (Preferred)
