A leading endoscopic surgery center located in the heart of New York City is now searching for an experienced Lead Sterile Processing Technician to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art center is home to 5 fully-equipped procedure rooms and specializes in gastroenterology procedures. This facility is regionally known for utilizing the latest technologies and promoting an environment of quality care and healing. This organization also partners with a number of local acute care hospital systems.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Lead Sterile Processing Technician will manage a team of 4 experienced Central Sterile Technicians and acts as an expert resource for all reprocessing needs. The Lead Sterile Processing Technician will oversee all technical staff operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, oversees supply and inventory levels, and performs direct procedure assistance and reprocessing.

Shift: Thursday & Friday 2nd Shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 3rd Shift 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. (40 hours full time).
